We’re proud to announce that the 10k (non-wetsuit) distance of our ‘Colonia Classic 3’ event (Es Trenc Beach Race) has been approved as an official International qualifying event for Australia’s Rottnest Channel Swim 2026.

Swimmers wishing to use the BEST Fest 10k as their official Rottnest qualifier MUST adhere to a strict set of rules, the details of which can be found HERE.

We’ll need to know if you intend to use the swim as an official Rottnest qualifier, so we’ll check this ‘on the beach’ before the race. The official chip-timed results for all finishers will then be displayed on our website, a link to which can be used within your Rottnest Channel Swim registration.
