- Check the website for an answer (www.bestopenwater.com). After 9 years refining it, it’s very, very comprehensive! Every question we can think of is covered in there somewhere. Please help us focus on other really important stuff by checking here first!![]()

- The online entry system closed at midnight on Sunday 22nd May. You can now ONLY enter in-person at a designated late entry session (see earlier post for graphic).![]()

- Registration of Attendance’ sessions are available at the BEST Centre on Saturday 28th May (10am-1pm & 2pm-5pm). These are your first opportunity to tell us you’ve arrived, collect your timing chip/goody bag and ‘buy the t-shirt’! Don’t worry if you arrive after these sessions; you can also do this throughout the week ‘on the beach’ immediately before your first registered event. Extra entries can also be made on the 28th, or at one of our designated late entries sessions.![]()

- We cannot accept ‘on the day entries’ as doing so can cause delays to swim start times and compromise our event licenses. If you’ve not made your entry online over the last 7 months, or you can’t attend Registration on Sat 28th, or you miss the relevant late entries session(s), unfortunately you’ll miss your event(s) of choice. ![]()
